Exchanges and returns

Trad Warehouse accepts returns as long as the following apply:

• Exchanges are shipped to the Trad Warehouse address within 14 days of delivery.
• If you need an exchange, we’ll ship your first exchange free of charge. If you want to exchange an already-exchanged item again, you’ll be responsible for any shipping charges.
• The merchandise is clean and not worn, washed, or altered in any way.
• It’s returned with the original tags.
